Everything you need to know before signing a contract.

Each one of us dreamed to have our own house; either as an investment where you can rent it out to other people, reward for yourself or gift for the family. We have our very reasons why we want to purchase a house and in doing so we have to consider the things that we have to consider before signing a contract.

Location. What you consider first in buying a house is the location if it is on your hometown or near to your workplace, if it is in a prime location or any main establishment in the city. Convenience and accessibility is one of the main reason why people look into consideration the place of where the property is.

Price. Since we have already acknowledge the location of the property that we are buying, we have to check now if there are properties that fits our budget. Most people live paycheck to paycheck and that's why most of the home buyers in urban area choose to go for a financing; either Pag-Ibig Financing, Bank Financing or In-house Financing. This depends on the financial aspect of the buyer.

House Type. It's either a Bungalow House or a 2-storey House. This factor depends on the people who will live in the house. For young and just starting a family most of them chooses a 2-storey house and for those who have an elderly in their family they chooses Bungalow house unit. Fall under this factor also the classifications of the house, may it be a box-typed house or a standard finish house. Most economy housing developer has this box typed bungalow row houses while on the other hand exclusive subdivision only offers 2-storey houses and are already standard finish.

Security. This is what most Class A clients asked, if the community has a safe surrounding and has a tight security. Parents would want to have a secure place for their children to grown into thus this factor comes to the 2nd spot after the location for those who wanted to buy houses in an exclusive subdivision.

Amenities. This may be on the last part of the factors that clients asked but they would always wanted to have at least amenities that the family can enjoy while they spend their lifetime on the community they choose to live in. Most amenities that clients asked is the Park, Playground, Swimming Pool and Clubhouse. This is for their children also to have more time to play outside and for them to spend their leisure time with.

All factors stated above are just based on the things that my clients asked when they have inquiries about the properties I posted on my Facebook Page. It all comes down to the idea that we have goals in life to achieve and one of it is buying your own house.
